Yes, branch transfer is possible if the hotel has room available. The room rates may be differ from the original booking, difference will be collected in the hotel. *All booking transfers depends on the rooms availability of the requested branch.

Cancellation Policy of De UPTOWN Hotel > Room with promotional rate (Voucher or any promotions) are non-refundable. > Room cancellation 3 days prior arrival date, no cancellation penalty will be charged. > Room cancellation within 3 days, first night will be charged. > No-show reservation will be forfeited after first night, no refunds and amendments allowed after forfeited. (All refund processing fee will be charged by service provider "Stripe".) For direct booking guest, online payment refunds via Stripe will only refund to payment card, refund process may take up to 14 working days. For guest booked via third party websites (OTAs), cancellation policies of the reservation will be the master policy, if refund is possible, please contact to the respective website for refund procedure.
